 Where are you located?
We are located at 1209 S. First Street for pickup or outdoor dining in a fun, casual atmosphere.  All of our great food can also be delivered forFREE directly to you, at your home or office.
 What are your hours?
Our current service/delivery hours are as follows:
Mon-Wed 11a-2p / Thur-Fri 11a-2p, 6p-9p / Sat 12p-3p, 6p-10p
 Is there a delivery fee?
No, there is never a delivery fee on any order!
 Is there a minimum order amount for delivery?
There is a $7 minimum order amount for deliveries.
 Am I in your delivery area?
Our delivery area covers downtown and central South Austin.  Please see the delivery map below for more details.

 Can I pick up my order?
Of course!  We are located at 1209 S. First St.  You may order online, call ahead, or order at our window during our service hours.  If you would like your order delivered, we will bring it to you at no charge!
 Do I have to enter my customer information every time I place an order online?
No, when you register as a user on our website, we retain your contact information and details of any prior orders placed online.  We will not retain your credit card information in our database for security reasons.
 How do I tip the delivery driver?
You may pay your driver a cash tip upon delivery.  If you would like to add a tip to your credit card purchase when your order is delivered, it will be run as a separate transaction on your credit card.
 How many delivery drivers are on staff?
As many as we need!
 How much notice is required for large orders?
We require a 24 hour notice for any group orders of 10 or more.  If you would like to place a group order for your next meeting or event, please call us at 970-ToGo.
 In what type of containers will my food be packaged?
All of our to-go containers are sturdy, microwavable and cut-resistant.  They are designed to retain hot temperatures so that your food will arrive fresh and hot.
 What if I have food allergies?
We want to do our best to help you avoid any foods that you may be allergic to.  Should you have any questions concerning the ingredients in any of our menu items, please contact us at (512) 970-8646.
 What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept cash or credit card (VISA, MC, Discover, American Express).  We will accept corporate or business checks for orders of 10 or more.
 What was the inspiration for this type of business?
We really wanted to provide a hot, tasty meal as an alternative to the usual delivery or fast fare of sandwiches, pizza, and Asian cuisine.  Southern comfort cooking is in our blood, and we think you’ll love our food!
 Who is Daisy Mae?
Daisy Mae is our mascot…the sassy southern girl in our logo.  She represents southern comfort, Austin-style.
